CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order please contact us at info@ordersmadesimple.com.
This must be done prior to 6pm on the day before the order is scheduled to arrive.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

Please contact supplier of returned item directly to confirm returned item received.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

Once we receive your return we’ll check the return and issue a refund.
Please allow up to 14 working days for a refund to show on your bank or card statement.

DAMAGED ITEMS

The purchased items should reach you or the designated recipient address in good condition but in the event of damage due to shipping it may be necessary to arrange a replacement or a refund.

Please contact the supplier of the item direct. However if there is any further issues or they do not resolve the problem then please contact us at info@ordersmadesimple.com

Your order number or your name and billing address (including postcode)
Reason for cancelling the order or returning the item(s)

a) Cancellation which must be done before 6pm of the day before delivery due
b) Damaged goods (please indicate what action, you would like us to take: refund or replacement)
