What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel any plan or feature at anytime by emailing the customer success team at info@ordersmadesimple.com. Once notified, we will collect one last payment for the service and remove your plan or feature from your account. 

Is The Pricing Per Location?

Yes, generally the pricing is per location, however, for things like adding suppliers we can usually offer a discount for multiple locations because price lists tend to be the same. So if you have multiple locations, please contact us directly to discuss your pricing options.  

Can I Purchase A Plan And Start With OMS Today?

Hopefully yes, however, the timeline for onboarding suppliers depends on the suppliers you have informed us about. Upon signing up for OMS, we require details of your suppliers and their account numbers. Once we have this information, we can proceed with onboarding the suppliers onto your account. However, please note that the onboarding process can vary in speed, with some suppliers being quicker to onboard than others.
