Register
Registering for OMS is… Simple!
You can download our free app and click register, then complete a brief online form or alternatively click here.
We ask for 2 forms of verification from you by email, 1 for the business and 1 personal to keep things simple and secure. Alongside contact details and the business details, we ask a few basic questions for example primary users name, special requirements for delivery.
While we will ask you to provide a list of the suppliers you currently use, this is not crucial as we have over 50 suppliers available to browse on our Catalogue.
Once your account has been accepted you will receive an email welcoming you to Orders Made Simple, giving login details for the Dashboard and App.
Account
Once your account has been set up you will receive an email, you will then be directed to set a password. Once you access the Dashboard you will see your venue name and code in the top banner.
The venue code is used to access your venue on the app. These details can be shared at your own discretion, to allow your whole team to place orders.
Our dashboard initially takes you to the orders as a landing page, with 3 additional tabs; Products, Catalogue and Settings.
Before moving onto the next section you first need to head to the ‘settings’ tab, where you will need to input your delivery details and an active card number.
Account
Once your account has been setup you will receive an email, you will then be directed to set a password. Once you access the Dashboard you will see your venue name and code in the top banner.

Catalogue
OMS has negotiated with national wholesalers, local market leaders and independent producers to produce a unique catalogue covering everything from AA batteries to yams.
We have created a search bar that can be tailored to search for title, supplier or specific SKU. This will allow you to find all the items your business requires.
At the point of adding an item from the OMS catalogue to your venue catalogue you will be prompted to create a zone name, default quantity, monthly order limit, favourite and even rename the item.
OMS knows that businesses are as unique as their owners and have allowed products to be renamed, zones to be named by you and favourites to tailor the OMS experience to each user.
Orders

Your first view of the app will be with our prepopulated zones and products, these are added to help to familiarise yourself with how things work. Please note that these prepopulated products are live items that will generate a cost if ordered.
You will see on the app if your order has met the suppliers minimum order value, the total order value, which days are available for delivery and also a send order now button.
Once you have chosen products from the catalogue and created your zones they are automatically populated in your app. This allows you and your staff to quickly and confidently place orders with a few simple taps on the app.
